You asked for it, and we listened! The newest addition to our growing line of organic mattresses is a truly affordable natural–rubber mattress for children. Made with the same natural Talalay rubber as our bestselling Euro, the all–new Shasta is a super–cozy shredded–rubber mattress both kids and adults will love.

Providing a budget–friendly alternative to the Euro and without the prescription requirement of the Maton^®, the Shasta is fully flippable, and provides a wonderfully soft yet firm support. Its 6" core of shredded natural rubber is hand–tufted, a construction method used for hundreds of years to achieve durability and comfort. Cotton felt and wool rosettes hold the tufts in place and lend a charming, old–world look. Layers of Naturally Safer^® pure wool below the surface add extra cushioning and provide natural flame resistance. Finally, it's covered with the same velvety–soft certified–organic cotton fabric we use on all our mattresses. (Finished height of mattress is approximately 7".)

Pair the Shasta with our upholstered Wood–slat Foundation or place it on a platform–slat bedframe. Either way, it's a comfortable, long–lasting sleep solution your family will treasure for years. (Makes a great guest bed, too!) Available in twin size only. Handmade in the USA.
