Notice to California, Connecticut and Rhode Island mattress and box spring consumers: California, Connecticut, and Rhode Island laws require that all retailers selling mattresses and foundations for delivery to California, Connecticut or Rhode Island must collect a recycling fee for each mattress and foundation sold. The fee for California is $11, Connecticut is $9, and Rhode Island is $10 (per mattress and foundation). Returns & Exchanges
With the exception of our mattresses, pillow tops, laundry and cleaning products, personal-care items, and custom orders, any item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit, as long as the product is received unused. Our pillows can be returned within 30 days if you do not open or remove their sanitary-seal packaging. Please call 800-284-4983 for a return authorization number and instructions. No returns can be processed without a return authorization number.

90-Day Comfort Exchange on Mattresses
You have a maximum of 90 days from delivery for a one-time exchange on your purchase (not applicable to custom orders). In the unlikely event that your mattress does not meet your comfort expectations, you may exchange it after you have slept on it for a minimum of 15 nights. This will give your body time to adjust to your new mattress. Please call for details.
Most items ship within 48 hours. Mattresses, foundations, pillow tops, furniture, and other custom-made items require longer, and will have a ship date provided by a product specialist. Orders shipped via UPS will receive an email with a link to track your order. (Delays in shipping may occur during peak sale events.)

All our mattresses, as well as our foundations, are covered by our 20-year limited warranty. (The Maton, our futon product, is covered by our 10-year limited warranty.) While warranty issues are rare for our products, customer questions or concerns are responded to with the same promptness and courtesy we bring to all our transactions.
