Shipping & Delivery Time
In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours. Please allow from 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to reach you from California via UPS Ground. Made-to-order mattresses, pillow tops, and custom bedding normally ship within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total per address. Some extra-heavy and/or oversized items require additional shipping and handling charges, stated in the item description as a total shipping cost for that one product. Other oversized items such as mattresses or pillow tops require a freight quote from a Product Specialist.

Outside the Contiguous United States
Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and additional shipping charges will apply.
Rush Shipping is available on most items. Since rush shipping prices are calculated by item and location, please contact a Product Specialist for details.
You will be notified immediately if an item is backordered, along with the expected shipment date. In-stock items from your order will ship right away, and there will be no additional shipping charges for your backordered item. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
Oversize Shipping Charges
Where applicable, shipping charges for oversized or heavy products appear near the price in the item description. Other oversized items, such as our Maton®, pillow tops, and platform beds, require a freight quote from a Product Specialist.
Reporting Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, it is crucial that it be reported to us within 24 hours so we can notify the shipper for replacement and/or credit.
Returns and Exchanges
With the exception of our mattresses, pillow tops, furniture, laundry and cleaning products, personal-care items, and custom orders, any item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit, as long as the product is received unused and in its original packaging. Our pillows can be returned within 30 days if you do not open or remove their sanitary-seal packaging. Please call 800-284-4983 for a return authorization number and instructions. No returns can be processed without a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Order cancellations on made-to-order items or furniture may incur a cancellation fee or re-stocking fee.
Most mattress orders take two weeks or less to arrive at your home after they leave our factory. While 99% of deliveries go according to plan, occasionally a shipment may be delayed by weather, traffic, holidays, remoteness of location, or other unavoidable factors. For that reason, we apologize that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date or time when you place your order.
We Make it Easy
When you order from Lifekind, you're in good hands. Our product specialists are experienced in working with common-carrier trucking companies to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible. Your carrier will contact you ahead of time from your local terminal to make a delivery appointment — usually a four-hour window — so you'll know when they're arriving. In the meantime, we will have sent you information in advance about your delivery, including your approximate ship date, the level of service included with your order, how to sign for your mattress, and other pertinent information to help you prepare for the big day.
