This replacement filter and the replacement filter for the Oxynator are similar in terms of the filtration media they contain (a copper-zinc blend) and their ability to remove chlorine from water. The main difference is just the showerhead/dechlorinator unit that they fit into: the replacement filter for the Oxynator fits into just the Oxynator and the Stainless Steel Deluxe shower dechlorinator, whereas this filter fits into all of the other showerhead/dechlorinator units we sell.
